This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements with Signal Meridian Consulting (sole proprietorship), proprietor Ahmad Razif bin Hassan, SSM 202003678771. Contact for refund requests: info@signalmeridian.digital or +60-3-0000-1702.

The following terms are proposed market-consistent baselines pending business confirmation.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for scoped projects or advisory blocks described in your written confirmation. Deposits secure calendar capacity and preparation time.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel in writing before we begin billable work, service fees paid for that scope are refundable within seven calendar days of your cancellation notice, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf with your prior approval.

Work in progress

Once milestone work has started, fees attributable to that milestone are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered only for undelivered portions of a clearly separable milestone, at our reasonable discretion documented in writing.

Advisory retainers

Unused hours in a prepaid monthly advisory block expire at the end of the stated month unless the written agreement allows rollover. Refunds for unused hours are not available after the month begins, except where required by consumer law.

No-shows and rescheduling

Missed workshops or sessions without at least twenty-four hours’ notice count as delivered time. Rescheduling is subject to mutual availability at no extra charge when notice is given in time.

How to request a refund

Email info@signalmeridian.digital with your name, engagement reference, payment date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking rules require longer.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including applicable direct-sales cancellation rights where they apply to your contract.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve a refund request, you may refer qualifying consumer claims to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia for amounts within its jurisdictional limits.
