Services

We provide programming consulting focused on event-driven software architecture, delivered as scoped projects or ongoing technical advisory. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a written statement of work or advisory agreement signed or confirmed in writing by both parties.

Quotes and acceptance

Website descriptions are general. A binding engagement begins when you accept a written quote that lists scope, fees in Malaysian Ringgit (unless otherwise stated), payment schedule, and deliverables. We may decline engagements that fall outside our expertise or capacity.

Fees and payment

Unless the quote states otherwise, invoices are payable within fourteen calendar days. Late amounts may pause work until settled. You are responsible for any bank charges on your side. Service tax (SST) applies only where we are registered and the quote states SST-inclusive pricing.

Your responsibilities

You will provide timely access to systems documentation, stakeholders, and environments reasonably needed for consulting work. Delays caused by missing access may shift timelines without reducing fees for work already performed.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, you own deliverables created specifically for you upon full payment. We retain rights to general methodologies, templates, and know-how developed prior to or outside your engagement. You grant us a licence to use non-confidential feedback to improve our practice.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information disclosed during an engagement, using reasonable care, and use it only for performing the engagement.

Limitation of liability

Consulting advice is professional and based on information you supply. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for implementation work performed by your staff without our written acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes may be brought in the courts of Kuala Lumpur. Consumers may also pursue remedies under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.

Changes

We may update these terms for future engagements. The version on this site applies to new quotes issued after the update date (October 2026).
